Hands Off STL Lobby Day
On Wednesday, March 29, Action St. Louis Power Project will hold a #HandsOffSTL Lobby Day with partner organizations: ArchCity Defenders, Freedom Community Center (FCC), Black Men Build STL, Faith For Justice, Missouri Jobs With Justice, Missouri Workers Center, and ProChoice Missouri.
The group will convene in Jefferson City to engage with elected officials about the harms of legislation that proposes moving the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department into the hands of the state and advocate for local control.

Registration is required! Folks from St. Louis should plan to meet at the Deaconess Center (1000 North Vandeventer Ave, St. Louis, MO 63113) on Wednesday morning. Participants will board the bus and leave at 7 AM and will plan to stay in Jefferson City from 9:30 AM - 5 PM to engage with elected officials about the real consequences of taking away local power. Snacks and beverages will be available. Masks will be required!
