The North City Photo ID Project operates out of our office located in the Hub, a beautiful community center in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood of North St. Louis City, owned and operated by the Tabernacle Community Development Corporation under the vision and leadership of Pastor Andre Alexander.
