Camp Indigo Point

The Ashrei Foundation is proud to fiscally sponsor the scholarship program for Camp Indigo Point, a two-week sleep-away camp in the Midwest for LGBTQ+ youth, especially trans and gender-expansive campers.

Founded in 2021 by a group of activists and camp friends, Camp Indigo Point is an effort to create an oasis for LGBTQ+ campers to be themselves - something that is becoming more and more challenging to do in our current climate. 

Camp Indigo Point is lead by a dedicated group of camp professionals, lay leaders, and committed parents. During the first three summers the camp has created magic for more than 340 campers from 27 different states, growing each year.
