Weekly Appointment Days - North City Photo ID Project

Our staff and team of trained volunteers offer financial and technical assistance in applying for a birth certificate from anywhere in the United States as well as a Missouri non-driver photo ID. Requirements vary; please text our team for details and to schedule an appointment.

On most Thursdays in 2023, we offer appointments from 10am-2pm. All appointments are held at a community center in North St. Louis City called the Hub, located at 3000 E. Prairie Ave., St. Louis, MO, 63107. Our office is on the second floor, which is currently only accessible by stairs. We are happy to come downstairs to accommodate any accessibility needs; please let our team know when scheduling your appointment.
