The North City Photo ID Project offers technical and financial assistance for individuals seeking to obtain a Missouri photo ID and/or U.S. birth certificate. Details about this program can be found here.

If you would like to receive support for an ID or birth certificate, please call or text 314-252-8060 to make an appointment. Appointment slots are available on most Thursdays between 10am and 2pm.

Our office is located at a community center called the Hub, 3000 E. Prairie Ave., St. Louis, MO 63107. The closest major intersection is N. Grand Blvd. and St. Louis Ave. We are 2 blocks behind (west) of the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club on N. Grand. The building is on Prairie Ave. between Sullivan and Dodier.
